Cancellation & Refund Policy
All payments are processed in USD via PayPal. Deposits secure your date and are applied to your final balance.
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your tour time for a full refund.
- 48–24 hours before: 50% refund.
- Less than 24 hours or no-show: non-refundable.
- Bad weather or safety: you may choose a free reschedule (subject to availability) or a full refund.
- Processing fees charged by PayPal are non-refundable where applicable.
Custom tours may have different cancellation windows depending on third-party services; details provided on confirmation.
